Like... duhhh! (sorry, not to you but to management.)

ALPA has been complaining to the company about manpower shortages for years now. Do you think they listen to us?
They would rather cancel a certain percentage of flights due to "crew" than hire the right number of pilots needed. All the new hires you hear about basically keeps up with attrition, and that's it.
