IMHO;
Capitalism (in its pure form) will fail.
Socialism (in its pure form) will fail.
Communism will always fail and that is where the USA is heading today with the government buying equity in financial institutions. For those that have not looked, the institutions (that caused this mess) are getting our tax dollars to prop them up and the interest rate drop ‘for the institutions’ is not reflected in lower credit percentages for us ‘common folk’ that pay for their bail out.
