Pre employment credit rating/credit report

I was just wondering if any B6 employee knows
what credit rating/credit score B6 is looking for
when completing pre-employment background checks.

I know of someone who was denied employment
due to this, and their credit rating was
actually in the acceptable range yet they
were denied employment?

Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that credit ratings are only important if you are handling money. Many companies use credit reports as a way of checking past employment (i.e. applying for loans and listing employer for income source). They do this to check for any ommissions. Unless you left a job on a sour note and used them to apply for a loan, I wouldn't worry about it.
