my question is that I need to start looking for my grandparents christmas air fares for them on united due to they do not use internet. They might do multi cities on christmas trip on the east coast from san diego area. so how early should I start looking for air fares in that time frame now or is it too early to look for xmas?. are seats for christmas filling up yet? Plus with united hurting so much with fuel prices ect. I am worried in case their is a united pilot strike or something like that too that they won't be able to fly on united.

There's going to be a Christmas pilots' strike now? I thought the big rumored pilots' strike was June 1st? Or was that the big job action? Someone on here is going to have to clue me in because I'm not able to keep track of all these pilot job action/strike dates everyone keeps telling me about on the line! Someone had better tell ALPA too. They have a right to know!
