Quiet little merger in the works up in Canada with WestJet and Sunwing Airlines

Interesting merger. WestJet will grow to a little over 10K in employees. Wonder if SWA will again entertain hooking up with WestJet again. Another way to grow fast and get more aircraft quickly.
Odd quote from Pilots indicate that neither WestJet or Sunwing told the Pilots about the merger until it came out in the news postings.
