The reason regular agents and mechanics (at least) don't get paid overtime for ALL hours worked past 40 in a week is that we're under the RLA and not the Fair labor Standards Act, and a 'representative' has agreed to accept that deal.

If non-hub agents aren't union, I'd like to know if anyone has any idea who negotiates with the company for us.
