Another letter to Smisek https://blog.nader.org/2015/02/24/follow-up-letter-to-jeff-smisek-ceo-of-united-airlines/  My take on this is United was underperforming compared to the other airlines, before the drop in oil prices, and Smisek was under a lot of pressure, so he came up with this plan to save 2 billion dollars. Smisek's plan good or bad was fully implemented during the crash in oil prices, which are going up  🙁

someone is WAY out of line.

whatever UA is doing, it isn't illegal and it is within the realm of what companies can do....

it might not be wise decisions but Ralph Nader needs to get back in his box....

They are? I see lots of pain in the oil industry for next 5-7 months, and then possibly recovering to $65pb. It'll be awhile before $80 oil ppb returns,
