You said a lot Anthony. And you are probably right there is an entrenched culture. If this is to be "shared sacrifice," obviously some sacrifices are in order in big "D." If AA wants to emulate SW/LUV, they are going to have to model the behavior of the SW/LUV culture. It would appear that the new "paradigm" of corporate culture has yet to arrive in big "D." At another carrier several unions insisted on management sacrifices including the length of contracts.
