Looking back at the destruction that AMFA workers left here I would say that most of them do not have the ethics that they claim to have on this board. There are some good mechanics from that union but from what I have seen they are the minority.

Do you mean to tell me before the strike, AMFA told all its members that Northwest was trying to recruit 4500 scabs and was more than likely to have three thousand mechanics to put on the line the day of the strike?

Ethics= MEANS YOUR COMMITMENT TO THE PEOPLE FLYING ON AIRCRAFT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN INMATURE RETALIATION AGAINST A COMPANY YOU OR YOUR UNION HAS A DISAGREEMENT WITH

Morals= MEANS YOU DONT STEAL ALL THE OPEN STOCK YOU CAN, IT ALSO MEANS YOU DONT DAMAGE PROPERTY THAT DOESNT BELONG TO YOU.

Honor= MEANS YOU HAVE STANDARDS THAT RISE ABOVE MEAN SPIRITED CHILDISH BEHAVIOR, THAT YOU AND YOUR LICSENSE MEAN SOMETHING

Value= MEANS ACTUALLY HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT YOUR MARKET VALUE IS NOT WHAT YOUR TRUE VALUE IS BUT YOUR MARKET VALUE WHICH WOULD MEAN AN ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND CURRENT ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL ISSUES.

Sorry, You are correct I did make that spelling error. I do apologize for my spelling error and it should have been spelled licenses. Thank you for kindly pointing that out. 🙂

They probably refer to them as certificates as well and not ceritficates.
