I have not been a contractor for 11 years I have had two permanent aviation jobs. I quit both of them shortly after moving into management positions. I fully understand your problems with management. Let me also add you cannot work for a contract company if you have a felony or you fail a drug screen or if you are blacklisted at DOT. I’m pretty sure that goes for any aviation company.

Keeptheodds You have got to be shitting me. STS services just got busted 6 months ago for having contract workers who were not even legal US citizen working for them on united airlines planes. They took one legal Mexican American and mass produced his credential and used them to bring dozens of illegal aliens in to work for them. United and STS said we did not know we got them from the contract agency.

She’s been keeping up with this forum. We talk every day and try to understand the total misconceptions. Yes being away from home is difficult but when I'm done here I'll be home for the rest of the year. If I stay on track my house will be paid for in four more years The house is two years old. Retirement? I'm shooting for that in five years. Real Estate gentlemen you almost cant go wrong. My two partners and I currently own nine duplexes. Another two are currently under construction. I don't currently draw any money from the business yet but it is coming. Once again gentlemen it is up to you to prepare your own futures. If you just entrust you future to a company that can’t even pay their own bills you are a fool. The one 401K I had years ago, I cashed in after seeing it climb and fall to the point it just about zeroed out after a year of paying into it.

kEEPTHEODDS The fact that you lied about the qualifications to be a contractor here tells us your words are bullshit. Some how the fact that STS and United did not know that the people working on the planes were Illegal aliens I doubt if they know if they were felons or even terrorist. On the other hand the people who post on here meany of them know me personally and would prefer to have me working for them than an illegal. You would be better of finishing what ever you think you are accomplishing here and go back to your real-estate.

The coach put him on the pitchers mound, which is usually reserved for second year players. Some of the other mothers got the reds and complained. So the coach asked who all was interested in the pitcher position then had a tryout for it. My boy came out on top I was really proud of him.
