A security breach at TSA has caused the evacuation of the US terminal at LGA. Passengers and employees moved to parking garage. Three NYPD bomb squad trucks outside. Terminal roadways closed No one going anywhere for a while it looks like

Friend at US says it was the WHOLE airport. Flightstats site shows dlys and cxld fld for all carriers.

Computer shows first 2 AA flights LGA-DFW cancelled this morning and 3rd flight delayed over an hour. 4th flight currently shows estimated departure on time. Maybe things are returning to normal.

I was thre this AM. We got out of the Godlen touch LIMO across the street and walked because the traffic was aweful. Flew the 8AM to BOS no problem. It was the main terminal that was shut down. People outside everywhere.

It's my understanding that this "terminal dump" decision was made by PAPD not TSA. Bad decision. Lets see the perp was in custody. All of those people mere moved out. Get a real terrorist to make a diversion like this a about 3 or airports then set off real bombs with all those people in one place will make 9/11 look silly. People have got to wake up before making these decisions.
