According to James Fallows' column in "The Atlantic", a UAL flight made a security diversion after a couple complained about the IFE being inappropriate for their children. What I find surprising is that a respected writer like Fallows did not wait for United's version of the events before going to press. There has to be more to the story. Perhaps these concerned parents were a bit more vociferous with the F/As than they state in their complaint?
