Nah, I'd forgotten we discussed Menendez before. If you're that concerned, ask the mods to merge the threads.

But, I'm also not a big fan of digging up threads that are a year old, or having threads go on for 8-10 pages where they just become circular arguments, only to have people start quoting things from months/years past.

So, by that matter, isn't Josh Duggar innocent? He's never even been charged, much less found guilty (unless you consider conviction by the Court of Public Shaming).

Neither Dennis Hastert, Mark Foley, John Ensign or John Edwards were convicted, and they're still treated as criminals, no?
