So, by that matter, isn't Josh Duggar innocent? He's never even been charged, much less found guilty (unless you consider conviction by the Court of Public Shaming).

Neither Dennis Hastert, Mark Foley, John Ensign or John Edwards were convicted, and they're still treated as criminals, no?

That may be, but in Bear's myopic world, since he wasn't charged or convicted, he's not guilty.

The Law of the land states that IF you're not charged with something, then your not Innocent OR guilty of anything.
The Law of the land says that IF you're Charged with something, and NOT found Guilty BEYOUND a REASONABLE DOUBT(in criminal cases)...You're  N O T  GUILTY !
