I asked a simular question on at Canadian Aviation.com before the forms were shut down about Piston Turbine shops and Skyward was one of the resonses. Is there anyone on this site that works in the maintenance shop there know if there hiring in the next year. At the Moment I'am 2nd year maintenance at Canadore College

Not sure if there is more then one Skyward but Skyward based out of Rankin Inlet shut down their operation yesterday. Check the news section for more details. "Airline shuts down operations in Kivalliq"

Skyward is still going strong out of their main base in Thompson and also in Winnipeg. They've just aquired 4 1900's in the past few months. The Maintenence dept seems to hire new guys on a regular basis. The DOM is always down in Winnipeg so if you've got time you might catch him there. Thanks, the one I was looking for was the one in Thompson and that is good news that the regulary hire new guys.
