What's new

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.

I have always found it amusing how people can place so much emphasis on a symbol and also be willing to go against everything the symbol stands for to defend if. To each their own I guess.

Yea, I'm impressed...

As usual, I find your post contrite, elusive and condescending. Good to see you only pulled the ‘rage’ label other than taking an actual position. Your nom de plume suits you well.

Too funny. You know, rage and anger can often cloud judgment.

Or make you sharp. Depends on the individual effect. Anger is not necessarily a negative if there is a point. You a$$ume by my posts that am angry wherein, I am intolerant of indirect and subjective banter for the sake of argument.

If you would read the posts instead of getting angry at that fact that I "replied" to your post, you would see that it says: THERE IS NO EXCUSE.
I am not trying to exonerate him. There is no defending that he violated protocol during the national anthem (it is on video).

Did you even read your own post? 😛

What is debatable, however, is whether this act signifies an unpatriotic man. You say it does, and I say not necessarily. It is obvious that you do not like him and find him to be unpatriotic. But are those thoughts based solely on this one incident?

Subjectivity? Yes, I will not support this individual based on this single incident.

If so, your strict and petty standard for patriotism should be applied in the same way to all members of the community! According to such a standard, if you violate flag protocol, you are not longer patriotic (or never were). But like I said earlier, there is nothing magical about putting your hand over your heart. I am not saying that people should neglect that part, but that is not what makes you patriotic, it is something much deeper.

Now you are being ‘funny’… .

Is there something besides this one incidient that makes you question his patriotism?'

Your support.......
