At BWI, Southwest employed 2,572 workers in February, a 2.6 percent increase over that month last year. Southwest employs 756 pilots at BWI, and plans to add 140 more in the next two years.

"We grew in Baltimore rather quickly, and we're anxious to catch up our employees to our growth there," airline spokesman Whitney Eichinger said.

I am going to be moving sometime between end of AUg and early Jan in the Baltimore area and was thinking about signing up to work for SWA.
I am currently with another airline and was wondering what positions are available and how long has it been open? Also I have a 4 yr old son, what counties have the best school systems--public that is?
