They made a record revenue of 6.4 billion dollars in Q1 2025, and still manage to have a net loss of 149$ million dollars.
To sum it all up, corrupt management, overstaffed crews, outdated airline product, and upper management who needs to be laid off or fired. I predict Q2 and Q3 will look a lot worse than this. The airline rumored to have the "best" benefits in the industry, is just that, a propaganda tool airline, fake news. Benefits are far inferior to the Big 3 majors. Better reserve that 401K before they drop the douche and take it from you.
But let us ask the best question out of all of this... How can an airline that outsources 90% of its maintenance to third world countries, more than any of the big 3 majors, still be unprofitable?
It is because they are good at brain washing the poor folks that work for them in their "cult-like" culture. Just ask SWAMECH.
The management dude who goes to foreign countries to make deals, probably took some cash on his bonuses too. That doesn't leave much room for those folks in the USA who work on their planes lol.
