I don't think SWA should follow the other airlines to offer free WIFI. Southwest gives a better and much larger freebie in the likes of "Bags Fly Free" Saving all passengers way more than the smaller WIFI fee. Pretty sure folks will pay the mere $8 bucks for WIFI rather than paying hundreds more for baggage for a family of 2-4. The other airlines are just trying to throw something out there for free in order to say they have something for free. It won't work when it's the cheapest option on their list all the while Southwest offers a much, much greater "freebie" with "Bags Fly Free" saving them hundreds not just a few dollars here and there.
