Anyone think the S.A. surveys we have to hand out on T.A. are a pain in the a$$? Anyone take it upon themselves to just fill those surveys out themselves without handing them out? Is the Star Alliance really thinking that F/A's won't just take those surveys and write something in just to not have them hand them out? This is not a random sampling, it is a no-brainer, an inaccurate sampling.

Cant you pass them out with the customs card? Kill two birds with one stone. Maybe pass them out with your Duty Free brochure?

Let me understand. On a 7 to 9 hour TA flight handing out a survey for at most 10 to 15 minutes is a burden?

For all the complaining that our fellow employees do - I would jump at the chance to have our customers fill out survey's and tell the SA what they think about US.

I just don't understand.

Good gawd....fill them out instead of passing them out???? :blink: And yet most F/A's are willing to harrass the passengers with the relentless "cash cow" bombardments! 🙄
