I notice the 10-K (annual report)is out today for 2004. Twohundred and fiftyfour pages and I am not bored enough to read it now.

I wondered if anything new in the report leading shares down under $1 a share, then I remembered, did the pilot group get more shares to sell today?

Noticed that it was $1.20 4 days ago, even the Air Wisconsin news has had no effect.........I am a little surprised about that. Even shares in BK usually move on good news.

Can't sell until Thursday, 03/03.
Maybe selling due to the AWAC filing says that new stock will be issued rendering the current stock worthless?

My assumption is that it's 1) additional stock about to hit the market (about 3 million shares), and 2) January performance (not good), with possibly a little of 3) AWAC agreement, and 4) annual report.

AWAC filing? you infer new direction as far as aircraft???

Wow.. I just noticed your little comment at the bottom of the picture of the AWACS plane.. Is that for me? Your so kind.

Sad thing is I know you.. I worked with you in PIT.. HA HA HA..

Since the pilots are able to trade the latest installment of stock today, thought I'd update this....

Volume over 1.5 million shares at 12:25pm
Daily low has been 83 cents (so far)
Last trade @85 cents

I'm guessing that about 1/2 the stock made available today has traded.

So were the pilots the only group to get a return for their buck? What happened to all the other employees groups were they suckered out of any shares?

The price of oil don't help either for share price

Depending on the actual sales price (it opened at 95 cents), $600 - $700 dollars more or less. Not enough to rush out and get that new Mercedes, but better than nothing.....

You're right. $600 or $700 bucks is okay but don't you have the option to hang on to it. Hey, ya never know.

It is more then ok for the lower paid work groups but did they get a share?

I believe that ALPA was about the only group that fought the company's desire to not distribute this latest round of shares. That's not to say I believe the other groups were wrong. By the time the other groups had taxes withheld and paid the brokerage commission, it would have probably been breakeven at best and probably a loss.

I sold today at .95.

A320 Driver B)

And you recieved it at $7.34 per share.

Looks like it's going to close at about 85 cents. Not too bad considering almost 2 million shares traded.
