A stock offer should have driven the price down (and Dougs profit), this just shows more people think it is buy right now. By the way insider trading should be very legal, that is the best signal for the rest of us to now what really is going on. In most countries it is.

150 Shares at $9.02 equates to $1353 and I spent what $258ish plus brokerage fees...

Jim how does it look now? I wished for it to skyrocket to $10 and if Oil continues to drop in price per barrel surely LCC stock will continue to climb, I'll sell if it ever hits $12 for sure because I can pay off 3 months worth of rent and get my $258 back.

I think when I sell my 248327663242 shares that I own, I'm going to trade the Gum Drop Pony for a totally awesome magic set. I'm going to pull a computer system that actually works out of that tophat.

Sec 10K filings dated 8/7/08 Parker and pals receive 801,690 options with a strike price of $6.70. Thats not bad knowing full well of the stock offering at $8.50. The robber barons are alive and well.

The breakdown: Kerr=51020, Kirby=178755, Parker= 275000, Eberwein=51020, Howlett=51020, Isom= 143855, Dhillon(sp?)=51020.

In the meantime 300 pilots are scheduled to hit the street, downgrade etc etc. I can't wait to hear the BS on this.

The 8-K reveals that the SARs were priced at the market price of $6.70 on August 5, the date of the grant. Pretty standard practice.

The Company had no idea what the public offering price would be until the day of the offering, when it was set at $8.50, the market price on August 14. No conspiracy here. Try again.
