They are busy rescanning my shoes! The same shoes I always wear. The same style I have worn since 98. *sigh* Suddenly they need to be scanned twice! For 4 days every place I went they were scanned twice. LOL, not sure why.

Anyway, I would suggest shipping whatever you cannot fit into your carry-on. You get a tracking number and everything. UPS has automatic insurance of $100; $1 for each $100 insured.

The stuff that pax bring on board, never ceases to amazes. I just shake my head and smile. I had a lamp shade recently, I mean, not even a nice one, just a normal one you can get at any Target. I mean, I know they have Target in LA and I bet they have the same darn lampshade at the LA Target and then you would not have to haul it from Phoenix.
