Over the coming weeks and months, we'll ask a number of those involved in the negotiations process to provide their perspectives. If you have comments, please send them to aanegotiations.feedback@aa.com. We may not be able to personally respond to every question or comment, but I can assure you that we will read every comment and appreciate any feedback you may have.

heres what I have to say...

"MY NEGOTIATING TEAM SPEAKS FOR ME"

American is using this tool to gauge the level of involvement by all work groups and tracks who, when and how often this site is visited.

DITTO!!!

Not to mention Brundage's site may be a violation of the RLA by directly soliciting the membership. Shame on him..... Maybe things are beginning to "pucker" over there in the shiney hdq building.

Your point about your Negotiating Team is well taken; but the OP doesn't list a website - only an email address to send comment.

This is what I had to say on that site..

HOW ABOUT YOU RICH FOLK NEGOTIATE NOW AS QUICKLY AS YOU DID TO GET CONCESSIONS OVER 5 AND HALF YEARS AGO?? YOU ALL ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

I am not so sure that this site is useless. Per their stats we are 5 out of 10th paid by thier own numbers! Sounds like we have a little room for negotiating. I am sure even a mediator would see that by AA's own figures.

I find it very disturbing that we will have to wait till after all the very important holidays to get the company's reply to our offer. I think we should have a "we have been waiting 5 1/2 years .....how long have you been waiting?" day for thanksgiving and christmas!!!!

Disagree. They can't issue threats or misinformation (i.e. "Vote yes or we close TUL"), but being subject to a CBA doesn't take away the company's right to communicate directly with employees, especially if it is simply providing verifiable facts regarding their side of the negotiations.

Also, there's nothing particularly shiney about CP5. It's actually rather non-descript by US airline headquarters standards...

Soliciting feedback directly from an organized group on the property while in Section 6 negotiations and exchanging various scenarios IS flirting with DOL guidelines and is being watched closely by APFA.
The "verifiable facts" can be exchanged with the negotiating team(s), not the membeship..thats one of their functions..

As far as CP being shiny or not..I simply say it looks like "The Death Star" run aground on some Texas prairie...
