It's like an unbelievable (Good) dream for us Democrats, and Like a 'Friggin NIGHTMARE for the REPUGS, that Will NEVER END !

Think about it. The US SUPREME Court(made up of a MAJORITY of REPUG POTUS appointees),.....yet soon(in June) WILL drive ANOTHER STAKE thru the Heart of the GOP. (Like a wooden stake...a Mallet, and Dracula)

The 'Supremes will at the very least OVERTURN Prop-8 in California, AND could possibly Rule UNCONSTITUTIONAL (nationwide)....D O M A(defense of marriage act, aka known as marraige between a Male and Female)

When this happens(either A. california,.....or B. nationwide) this will FRACTURE an already F'd-Up party to Absolute Oblivion !

Think about the GOP reaction to the overturn to R. v W.
Now add in the overturn of DOMA. Then throw -in a 'dash' of IMMIGRATION Reform. I mean,....what's a poor REPUG Whack Job to do ?
Who do they support in 16' ?
Who do they Nominate in 16' ?
The 16' GOP Primary's will be a 'thing of BEAUTY', historic to watch/record.
A ABSOLUTE BLOOD-BATH,........while Hillary calmly watchs from her home in CHAPPAQUA NY.

Given the line of questioning from the justices it seems that on Prop 8 they seem to be more inclined to give a narrow ruling. Can never tell with them but the questions seem to be along those lines..

I think the DOMA case will be more telling since that is a Federal case and not a state issue.

Hopefully they do the right thing and grant equal rights to everyone regarding marriage. It will happen eventually if not this time perhaps next.

The 14 year old thing is pretty stupid. There are consent laws in affect and I have not heard anyone (other than NAMBLA) who is trying to change the laws regarding consent.

Same tired arguments were used against granting equal rights to women and blacks. They were used to prevent blacks and women from entering the military. You guys really need some new material.

Granting marriage equality will not lead to the down fall of the empire. There is no historical basis to back up any of the BS.

You may be as straight as an arrow, and you may have a friend that is as straight as an arrow. Say you had a great job with the government where you had this wonderful health plan. I mean, what would prohibit you from saying that you're gay, and y'all get married and still live as separate, but you get all the benefits? I just see so much abuse in this it's unreal. I believe a husband and a wife should be a man and a woman, the benefits should be for a man and a woman. There is no way that this is about equality.
