Get your facts straight, NAFTA was proposed and signed by George Bush, not Bill Clinton, the senate ratified it under Clinton's term and Clinton put labor and environmental protections into NAFTA.

Bottom line, Bill Clinton was the prez and supported Nafta and screwed labor. NAFTA is the single biggest anti labor bill ever imagined since it had wide ramifications. Democrats screw over the country, families, AND working people every day, and Clinton was one of them. And I voted for him. That being said, Republicans screw us over too.

There are two parties in this country - the Money Party and the People Party.

All of the Republicans and a bunch of Democrats (including the Clintons) are in the Money party.

The only guy representing the People Party came in second last night.

Unions asked Huckabee not to cross picket line. Before former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee appeared yesterday on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, officials from the Writers Guild of America contacted his staff to “clear up any ‘confusion’â€￾ by making “it crystal clear that he was indeed crossing a picket line.â€￾ The Machinists (IAM) union, which has endorsed Huckabee, also implored him not to cross the picket line, saying “he risks losing the support his jobs and economic policies have won for him among trade unionists.â€￾ January 3, 2008 10:41 am |

If he was the "only guy representing the People Party," why did he not take many pro bono cases for "the people" when he was a lawyer???

Perhaps he represents the "People (who can make me money) Party."

It's a good thing Edwards made all that money making insurance companies live up to their obligations. Corporations are scared of him (that's why the corporate media doesn't cover him - even Chris Matthews admitted it) and sell-out unions won't endorse him. In 2004, IAM endorsed Kerry, who advocated US going under, rather than Edwards.

The easiest thing for him to do would be to kick back and spend time with Elizabeth. But he has the desire and his own $$$ to campaign.

If y'all will remember, the guy who created the modern middle class and saved capitalism from itself was rich, too.

What's the problem?

$400 haircuts got a lot of media play. Howzabout this:

Bias, anyone?

When Edwards ran for Senator the IAM endorsed him, he came to our local and refused any PAC money.

He always had an open door for us IAM members.

When I went to Capitol Hill to lobby, you usually never get to meet with the legislators, only their aides.

We were meeting with his aide, when he found out we were from 1725 in Charlotte, he dropped what he was doing and came in and met with us for like an hour.

I like Edwards and I also like Hillary.

The reason I am supporting Hillary is I believe she is more experienced when it comes to foriegn policy.

But I would like to see a Clinton/Edwards ticket.

I dont support Obama as he does not have the foriegn policy experience.

Ahh...Dio...$2000 over 4 years hardly makes a blip......thats only about $83.00 a month.

Your boy Johnny drops $500 a cut.

Besides the peoples choice has been linked to some questionable practices as an attorney.
