I hear the sound, but I have trouble believing my ears. 😱 Is this film real? Is is meant to be comedy? No offense to the 'lurkers' out there, but there's far more exciting things to document than working at safeway in YTH isn't there? cj

It's not a documentary. It's a fictional story about a person who will stop @ nothing to get his start in aviation. A think they're shooting a few more scenes this month and then it's editing time.

It looks quite well done. Perhaps someone with a lot of time on their hands? HA Ha HA, when I lived in YTH there wasn't much to do when the water ski club wasn't happening, and I didn't feel like going to the TI! Good project. When will it be in theatres? cj

I think it's a gag, put together by (as co-joe says) someone with too much time on their hands. Too bad though, it's an interesting idea for a movie.

BTW, I also couldn't get the sound to work. 🙁

I suppose if you are sitting around waiting for a job to appear this would be a way of filling in time - making a mythical website that is 😛

Perhaps if they spent the time taking spelling lessons and basic arithmetic courses they would be better skilled if and when they end up in an a/c 🙄

I don't think that was the "trailer"; I think that WAS the movie.

Believe me, there is a movie. The guys producing it, whilst they have been @ it for a year or two, have been in Thompson long enough to see many a Lurker come and go. The film is not meant to be a documentary of starting out in aviation, nor does it mean to satire aviation. To the best of my knowledge, it's more of a "drama/suspence" feature. They hope to take their work to Indi Film Festivals. There's a good amount of talent involved in the project, I can't wait to see it. Graunch1, if they had the free time a lurker enjoys, you would have seen the movie allready. B)

CJ - Not a whole lots change since you left. However, there is the internet and aviation forums.........
