Maybe because it's their JOB? The ball in the incident trespassed, followed by the minor child going to retrieve it. So now using you a__hole logic it is the job of the Police to arrest hardened Kickball trespassers, instead of investigate break ins. Truth is there is no MONEY in investigating breakins. However there is plenty of money in trespassing fines, traffic tickets and civil forfeiture which the Twp. Police are quite skilled at this and shoplifting.

I wasn’t aware kick balls had the ability to interpret laws . . . must be a Libertarian thing. Excuse me in advance if I offend you but I’m pretty sure you’re a lying anus. Police don’t arrest minors or adults for minor unintended trespassing violations.

I have to admitted, I’ve never known a person that had their house robbed 5 times. Could it be that the robbers were after that stash of poison you or your ex-girlfriend was selling to the kids in your “hood”. Or perhaps you never reported the robberies in the first place. Nevertheless and until I see 5 official police reports I’m calling your story bullsh!t.

To be blunt (no pun intended), if my next door neighbor were a smartass junky that let their unsupervised kids. . . no wait, kick balls trespass on my property, I’d exercise my right to file a police report and have the police officers investigate. . . sound familiar?

If you don’t want your township to make “plenty” of money off fines, then I would highly recommend that you and the thugs that live around you make yourself familiar with the laws of the land. . . and move out of that drug dealer infested ghetto you’re living in.

Here’s a tip to help you break the cold case status of the robbery investigations. Take the proof you have that a Barnegat Township cop was supplying heroin to your girlfriend and introduce that information to the local media. My bet is that you have no proof and simply made up the story to support your narrative that the entire US law enforcement community is out to strip you of your civil liberties.

On a side note, I noticed you never addressed my question as to why you are not even remotely concerned about the 6000 yearly black on black homicides in America. Seriously, what’s your take? Or do you even give a sh!T.

She never sold anything. I'm not a user, never have been. Anything stronger then Gin and Tonic and I'm gone. 
 
Why would I expose a cop? So I can be stopped every time I leave the house? As to the cops activities he got the stuff from the evidence locker. I know this because I found a Evidence bag underneath the bed after I threw her out. I'm not fighting a bunch of thug police officers. I simply moved to MN to a town where you could leave the keys in the ignition and sleep easy.
 
There are a lot of GREAT Cops out there and I'm proud to know them. However there are also those who aren't qualified to be a mall security guard and it's those cops that need to be fired forthwith.
