What's new

This should improve Hillary's chances in 2016...

I just love revisiting the days of the Bush administration... It just makes the current group look that much more like a bunch of clowns.

Employment was up, taxes were down, the media actually exposed issues needed exposing, gas was less than half the price it is today, and the Sopranos were still on HBO.

Running a campaign against someone who isn't actually running only works when you don't have your own record to run on or hide from.

I know Obama ain't running, but both Biden and Hillary were part of the decision making machine for the first term, and that's close enough.

The only way to try and run against Bush for a third time is to pick an entirely new candidate who hasn't been part of the machine. Good luck with that.

Funny how you neglected to mention the unemployment rates starting to spike due to the financial crisis and the 4,000 plus soldiers who died.  Go figure.

By the way, News Flash.  Obama is not running again either.

But his ideology is.....

No, you're right that Obama is not running. Two people who served as direct reports to him are.

And funny how the Obamaphiles don't mention the ~1850 soldiers who have died in Iran and Iraq since January 2009.

They also don't mention how 75% of all the deaths in Afghanistan occurred under Obama's watch, almost all after his Peace Prize was issued.

All of them would still be alive if McCain had been elected.

SAN DIEGO – Hillary Clinton cancelled her upcoming visit to San Diego in the midst of a planned protest.

Clinton will be the keynote speaker for the 17th Annual Western Healthcare Leadership Academy on April 11. She was originally going to deliver the speech in person, but will now be seen by satellite.
Granted, San Diego is home to the Navy SEAL command, and tends to be a lot more conservative than other Kalifornia cities, however I don't see the protesters giving up. This was a minor win, but a win nevertheless. It's Swiftboat all over again, and they're going to have a lot more time to get organized and financed (especially with the ruling on campaign contribution caps this week).

The State Department has no idea what happened to $6 billion used to pay its contractors.
In a special “management alert” made public Thursday, the State Department’s Inspector General Steve Linick warned “significant financial risk and a lack of internal control at the department has led to billions of unaccounted dollars over the last six years.

On April 3, 2014, Hillary Clinton spoke at the Women of the World Summit in New York City and was asked what she was most proud of during her tenure as Secretary of State. Clinton could not provide any concrete examples of the accomplishments she holds in high regard.

My issues with Hillary are based entirely on her character. Not her plumbing, faith, who her parents or husband is, or the color of her skin.

Of course you don't care who her husband is. That is why you have that bumper sticker.

Don't you mean lack of character?

The bumper sticker is there to mock those who feel that someone's last name is a qualification.

Last I checked, the idea of monarchies and bloodlines determining who the ruling class would be was dumped centuries ago.

How do you differentiate one slime ball from the other?

I look at the most socially liberal.  I think they are all fiscal whores and I do not see the difference.

It's easy for me -- which of the choices before me is less likely to take my son's life for granted or put him in greater danger than he's already signed up for.

No they're not.  Your issue is that she's a member of the wrong political party.   People, from both sides of the political spectrum, are willing to over look certain things about their preferred candidate.  Likewise they will focus in on perceived character flaws of candidate they don't like.

Wonder how the situation in Afghanistan would be if we had invested the time and money there instead of Iraq.
