Trans State and Compass ceasing operations

Neither airline expected to resume service. United was major customer to them. However both did some flying for AA and other majors.

TransState was already set to wind down ops on 12/31 because they were having trouble recruiting pilots, but advanced that to 4/1 when UA started cutting schedules. Once AA did likewise, it was lights out for Compass as well.
