Why not transfer west? If seniority is all that we have left, why not move west and enjoy weekends off and early daylight starts. The junior guys in Philly could be all am in phx. think about it?

24 years part time in PIT , PHX daylight weekends off cake job. After all of this is settled you will get at least 15 guys from PIT with over 20 years. Enjoy it while you can !

Talk to the pilots, nobody is going anywhere until that mess is settled.

How many EAST folks commute from Phoenix and Las Vegas, does anyone know?

I don't think anyone would have the exact number, but if I had to guesstimate, I would say 50 total FAs between the two bases. BUT, you have to consider that there are A LOT of commuters from SAN, LAX, and SFO. Once fences are down, I am sure PHX will have around 200 senior transfers -- all former PSA guys and gals itching for a quicker commute. I could be wrong -- a lot of them are nearing retirement and may want to max out their pay by flying PHL international.

Thanks Coffee. So about 200 or less would transfer if possible? I was thinking about the same number. I wonder how may of our 24yr plus fa's will want to go to PHL or CLT? It will all even out it seems on all bases?! Thanks for the insight. 🙂

Only a handful of people would transfer to PHL, the commuting is very rough for those people already doing it.
