AA is not "moving" A&P mechanics into OSM positions and backfilling with welders and machinists.

Those guys are excersizing their seniority and bumping into those spots.

How can the company get finger pointing blame for that?

Why are they exercizing their seniority?

The finger is pointing where it should be.
