I dont care which Airline it is, be it AA/UA/all of them, UA needs to get slapped HARD !!

Thirty hours isn't too much to ask. UAland has lots and lots of "dead wood" that's been on the property since before deregulation.

Think: Does Google or jetBlue have this problem?
