The link at the bottom is today''s UAL {1113C} filing to terminate *ALL* UAL labor contracts.
It is 91 pages long with the last half containing more of the specific labor proposals.
Page 49 - VII The changes proposed by UAL.
*ABSOLUTE MUST READS FOR EVERYONE**

Eye opening. Everyone who thinks they'll do better dealing with a bankruptcy filing should read this from start to finish...

It looks like UAL is seeking $2.5B in annual relief from its employees, $1.1B of it from ALPA alone. IIRC, they were only seeking $1.4B before bankruptcy...

We don't need the BK judge to gut our contracts at AA. The latest company proposal already accomplished that task if it passes. Then we will file any way and the BK judge will sweep what ever is left out in the street. We will be worst off than UAL and USAir if we accept pre-BK concessions. Do any of you remember how many times USAir got concessions since 9/11? We will be no different. It is a fact!!
