JERUSALEM – The U.N. agency for Palestinian refugees suspended aid to the Gaza Strip on Friday, accusing the territory's Hamas rulers of stealing a delivery of humanitarian supplies for the second time this week.

So then our fearless leader send them $20 million??? :angry:

I agree with you for the most part. I have read how ever that quite a bit of the aid actually does make it to the people. That is how Hamas maintains power. Hamas cuts the red tape and gives aid directly to the people in turn for their support.

I remember reading that after Israel withdrew from Lebanon, Hamas was right behind them providing aid to rebuild homes and towns that were destroyed during the conflict. That is how they maintain power.

I doubt Hamas has any interest in peace. Egypt and Israel have had a lasting peace because they were both willing to make sacrifices. I do not see that willingness with Hamas. Problem as I see it is the rest of the Arab nations have no interest in helping the Palestinians so they grab onto what ever help they can get.

I suspect that Israel does not wish to e viewed as being the same as the enemy they are fighting. Israel is stuck between a rock and a hard place. They will be fighting for their existence for the rest of their existence.

You seem to have a hard time with facts. He never said he was from a Muslim county only that he lived in one.
