Union Decertification--CWA Thread 1/29 to 2/5

There is no procedure under the RLA for decertification and you would be crazy to have no union working for Parker.

Guess you dont remember the days of the PPG and PDOs.

Check with the IBEW! Seems I recall recently some work they did to get a union decertified or something of that nature. Hopefully some of the more educated in the ways of Labor Relations can answer this question later.

The RLA does not contain decertification and the NLRA does.

Airline workers are covered under the RLA.

This post made me laugh.
So glad you enjoyed and you got a chuckle out of it.
now.
1) I would like to have another represent the ground employees.
2) CWA isnt worth the paper their written on, when a serious issue rear's it's ugly head, then you can tell how GOOD or NOT your union is.
3) And yes , no employee within this company should be without representation.

4) Are there any other jokes you would like to hear?
