I find it interesting Amfa Mechanic's at United are working on NWA Aircraft.

I have a picture showing a NWA aircraft in the United hanger in Chicago.

Amfa has made it clear over the years they are a stand alone association. Now its apparent they stand alone FROM THEIR OWN MEMBERS! So not only does their sister Union refuses to stand by them, now their own members refuse to do the same.

I'm I missing something?

Yea I don’t have to worry about servicing Lavs or pushbacks anymore. Your brothers are taking care of that. If you guys get to come back you don’t have to worry about it either. If NW keeps this up by the time this is over all your jobs will be given away. You won’t have to worry about anything any more.

I believe the picture is a NWA aircraft that was hard broke before the strike.

Of course, with your very twu limited brain mass, your going to spin as you wish.

"Am I missing something?"

Not to worry like every slimy leach scab that came before. You will be tossed aside when the company brings in the real maintence team to undo the damage you thugs have done to those incredible machines.

Actually it was a Mesaba aircraft that broke before the strike and Mesaba Techs were working on the aircraft. How would I know this you might ask? because I helped load the Mesaba techs tools and parts onto a truck to take to the hangar. Maybe you should get your facts straight before you go around spreading untruths.

SPREADING UNTRUTHS= THE TWU WAY

Actually it was put here to find the truth, So is United doing struck work or Not? Massaba Aircraft or not? Paint scheme is the same or not?

Your reaching.

Mesaba is its own company it is not NWA and the mechanics at Mesaba are not on strike.

I don't know about ORD but here in SFO there is no struck work being done by UAL. Northwest asked, but our upper management told them "no thanks". I am very surprised that management and AMFA mechanics at UAL totally support the Northwest mechanics. The only union people that have stabbed them in the back are the SCABS in the IAM at Northwest. These creatures would eat thier young.

in case you missed something,NWA has let the "real maintence team" take a friggin' hike and i doubt they'll be back anytime soon. 😉
i'd suggest you look into the greyhound bus strike some years ago and see how and what happened to their chosen team.

Mikey are you that slow to grasp things? NW just terminated 1,200 employees all the cleaners and custodians either have or is going to receive their termination papers. This is what I was told anyway by NW. Follow up on it and let us know what you find out. AMFA sure did a lot of good for those guys. NW is rolling over your so called scabs to direct employees. The aircraft are flying. It wont be long and people are going to be wondering "Why are those guys always out there walking in circles."

The picture of the Aircraft is the third one in the hanger last weekend. United farms out their work to do maintenance on NWA Airplanes?

I'm I missing something? Hasn't United laid off well over 50%? Now 100% at NWA?

Yes, you are missing something, but let us not go in to the details.
No, UAL AMFA is 'NOT' performing struck work!!

So where is the picture?

Your deep concern for the welfare of the NWA mechanics probably made you miss that fact that it was a Mesaba aircraft being worked by Mesaba mechanics, as has been explained to you already. Either that or your AMFA fixation won't allow you to accept the answer and you'd prefer to just keep repeating the allegation.

Meanwhile laid off TWU members ARE scabbing for NWA in MSP, DFW, ORD, STL and MCI, a sign of the future for the rest of the industry. I guess they have the TWU to thank for inviting Scabport to the job fair.

You wish.

But CIO will keep trying. He is what is called a "stringer" in journalism, paid by the word.
