If you were on the NC and you thought it was a POS offer why did you send it out? So it would be "the members fault" that it was approved? I love how the unions send out POS offers because they cant get more then blame the membership.

So what choice did the members have then? If they had said no what would they have received? Kind of not fair to keep blaming the employees who had no choice but to vote on a pos offer when the nc couldnt get better and the judge said take it or leave it. I guess that was the two options then? Take the pos offer or the even worse pos offer?
The judge would have ordered us back to the table, he didnt want to impose the final offer, that is why we voted on it.
At least for the M&R side, fleet reached a deal, their CBA wasnt abrogated. They voted on a negotiated CBA, we didnt on the M&R side.
