Without sounded negative and wanting to pat myself and all of us who work hard here at us, one of the main reasons for this is when u have reduced capacity over 20%... Combine this with the other airlines who have done the same and hundreds upon hundreds of aircraft parked (less atc delays) etc... how could we not improve?????
