Is there some reason the The US AIRWAYS sight has such a large number of Topics compared to all the rest on this sight? Other than a bunch of cry baby's on the east. GROW UP. It is time that you take matters in to your own hands. The IAM is a company union have you not realized that yet. All they care about is jobs "NOT YOURS", but how meany they can get. MONEY in there pockets, not money in yours. As you can see the only AIRLINE with the IAM representation is the one with the most gripes about the company they work for. Most of these gripes came be for the merger with America West. Don't blame Parker and those that got you out of bankruptcy blame the union that you trusted to help you "NOT" the IAM is not going to help you, you need to help yourselfs.

Was a COMPANY UNION. From what I have been seeing lately, "things are a changin"!

The company is besides themselves right now because there seems to be no end in sight and without some closure with fleet and mechanics they ARE NOT PRETTY ENOUGH FOR A MERGER THAT THEY SO DESPERATELY ARE SEEKING!

Now with election time around the corner this is how the Company usually will spin....they will get whatever they can from the present, the run offs and then when the new Union board is in place it will be ALL OVER! My opinion, hold off any bargaining until the NEW DIRECTION TEAM IS IN PLACE!
