US Airways September results show dramatic improvement

US Airways Group, long seen as the weakest of the legacy carriers has reported excellent results for the month of September, 2010.

The airline reports that it flew 7.5 percent more revenue passenger miles in September than during the same month last year, but added just 3.8 percent to its available inventory. Passenger load factor for its mainline (now regional jet feeder traffic) flights reached a very strong 82.1 percent, an improvement of 2.8 percent from the same month in 2009.

When combining the numbers with its US Airways Express flights, the airline saw an increase of 12 percent in revenue passenger miles in September, on a 13 percent increase in availability. US Airways has been steadily increasing its presence along the eastern seaboard, and at the same time has been strengthening its Charlotte, North Carolina hub with flights to new U.S., Canadian and overseas destinations.

Yep, a textbook recipe for disaster. Those Rio Dorito fratworm amateurs are steering us straight into an iceberg I'll tell you what. Buckle up, it's gonna get bumpy. Nowhere to go but down. Southwest is comin', get those white flags ready. We're goners for sure this time. The SWOOSH has done us in. BK3 on the horizon.

B) (Good job everybody!)
