Vote no on the contracts. A no vote will not stop AMR from going into bankruptcy. Carty has said that. A no vote today is a vote against Carty and his current management. Nothing will stop AMR from going into bankruptcy. Anyone who thinks that new contracts are going to keep AMR out of bankruptcy does not understand how badly Carty has done running this airline. AMR will go bankrupt. We need to show the board and stockholders that Carty must go. He has lost all credit ability with the Unions and stockholders. We need new management that will work WITH the Unions in bankruptcy court. No more lies or secret deals. Everything should be on the table. AMR has to clean house. The sooner this is done the sooner AMR can be on the road to recovery.

Vote NO for the future of AMR. There is no future with Carty.

A ''YES'' VOTE IS A VOTE FOR CARTY.

A ''YES'' VOTE IS A VOTE FOR CONTINUED CORPORATE GREED.

A ''YES'' VOTE WILL NOT SAVE AMR FROM BANKRUPTCY.

A ''NO'' VOTE IS A VOTE FOR A CHANGE IN LEADERSHIP.

VOTE ''NO'' FOR THE CHANGES AMR DRASTICALLY NEEDS.

Attitudes like this are far more damaging to the company than Carty ever was or ever will be.

If you think the company can magically turnaround with a new CEO when the labor cost structure is so out of whack with today''s economy, you''re in for an extremely rude awakening.

The biggest problem AA has is it''s bloated cost structure, and the company won''t survive without drastic reductions.

The real issue here is not Carty, regardless of how much or how little we blame him.

The issue is not avoiding bankruptcy. It cannot be avoided. It was held out as a threat to gain concessions, with bankruptcy to follow.

The issue is our guess at the future.

Will the judge be kinder to us if we grant concessions now?

The concessions will last SIX years. How long will the inevitable bankruptcy last? Even if the judge imposes more Draconian cuts than Carty, will they last SIX years?

So check your crystal ball six or seven years into the future and cast your vote.

That''s true. The company goes from common stock to over-the-counter listings.
