No matter what you watch in this video. The frontline employees are still suffering job loss through outsourcing. So what you ultimately have here is a restructuring of an american company into a global institution through outsourcing of jobs away from America, Wall Street financial demands, the Bankers lending practicies, the lawyers legal fees, the corporate BOD and Senior Mgmt with big big bonuses and stock options and finally all the employee concessions and givebacks. All part of the master plan of globalization.
