Carty's top priority has NOT been to conserve financial resources. His top priority has been to protect the pockets of the executives.

I "EARNED" my vacation time last year! My vacation time was "DEFERRED" for usage this year.

AA management has NO PROBLEM removing my already EARNED and DEFERRED time off with my family.

Where is this so-called "SHARED SCARIFICE" anyway?
 
American not only had a fiduciary duty to disclose all of this information to employees before they weighed the benefits of a very crucial and personal future altering vote, but they had an obligation to disclose this "money hiding" scheme to the taxpayers of the USA who ponied up billions to save the airlines, American included, because they claimed to be at bankruptcies door long ago due to 9/11. Obviously, the "cash shortage" wasn''t what it was made out to be.

I would not expect a response. Or at least not a truthful response. He has lied to me in the past. As the Treasurer of Local 562 I say that I have "NO CONFIDENCE'' in Littles ability to lead us. HE MUST BE REMOVED.

I do believe your local was present when the information or lack of Information was presented to the negotiation committee! Had the Information been brought out you would have been the first to complain!

I also believe that a vote was taken to bring the proposal back to the membership at the time and if you had any morals you would except the results and put your efforts where they should be and that is to service the Members of your Local!

I believe that if you continue in your current direction you will have failed to do this!

Checking it Out wants to talk about "morals" while his TWU Local has Officers whom have been caught selling D3 tickets, requesting other members to clock them in when they fail to show up at work, and most recently viewing porn on the company internet during company time and selling stolen company property on E-Bay.

Tell us more about "morals" checking it out, I am interested!

I would suggest that before you attempt to sweep a porch belonging to another Local that you inspect the amount of dirt on the visible surface of your own.

Why should I resign? My peers ELECTED me to represent them. If they want me out then they can either vote me out or put forth a petition that I will respect asking me to resign. Are you willing to do the same? Or were you appointed to your position? If you were appointed would you respect a petition by the members to resign? My President voted against this POS. Most of the Aircraft Mechanics there voted against this. My peers are against this agreement as it will destroy their standard of living and ruin the profession. Someone who hides behind an alias should not try to lecture anyone about morals. If you have something to say then step up like a man and say it. This deal was ramrodded through, past 14 dimwits, followed by a shock and awe campain by Little & Co, sealed with an election process that would even shame Katherine Harris. What was done by Little &Co is the worst agreement ever in this industry, its even worse than Little other achievement, the 15 year Eagle contract. It is a disgrace. Little must go. As an elected, not appointed, representative it is my duty to do whatever I can to stop this travesty from happening.
