It's time to join together. If all the blue coller workers were to put all our voices into a forum that addressed the issues I read on this site we will make a difference. What if our Union leaders were to meet in a centeral location and hash out our concerns and work together. We are not making progress fighting against each other. Power in numbers. Divided we beg. This new Company has a plan. Do we?
