Which Airline - Air Travel to Istanbul from NYC Area

Looking for advice on which airline to choose from NY Area to Istanbul in August

Looked at offerings from Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa and British Airways. Of the three British Airways gets the better reviews - the other two received some bad reviews

Also was advised I should consider Premium Economy for the trip - looks to be about 2X the cost of economy - is it worth it?

Any advice/ recommendations greatly appreciated
