Who is glad they work for CO?

In all honesty, Who is glad they work for CO?... And express the good and the bad! As someone who is going to be working for them soon I am just curious to know what current employes think of them!

I worked for Continental Micronesia on Guam from Dec 1996 through June 1999 and then again from Sep 2001 through Nov 2005. My first 3 months with the company I worked in pilot crew scheduling and for the rest of the time I was an aircraft dispatcher.
For the most part, I think they are a good company to work for. Obviously, I would not have started working there a second time if my first experience had not gone well. The experience I gained there helped me get a job with my current employer and subsequent promotion to Manager.

Its not the greatest place in the world to work but its not bad. Remember the airline inustry is a challenging place to work in. I worked for another US carrier and CO is way better than the other carrier. We are getting all these awards too. The latest one from Fortune magazine. We must be doing something right.
