Why So Late?

My question is why not until February 6th. Do they need more time to cook the books? Numbers have been known for a while, so then why so late?

Just my speculation.....

1 - bids made for assets
2 - BOD meeting Feb 4
3 - 4th quarter results released Feb 6

Could it be that we have violated the ATSB "cash" requirement and they want to announce a sale that will bring us back into compliance at the same time?
