Any great corporate turn around must begin at the top of the food chain. Once the executive team has been replaced there would be so many issues to be addressed.
My field is PR, industrial relations and sales management. If I was employed at a...UHEM, damaged airline I would have to begin with a five point plan which would firstly give airline executives a clear definition of what public relations is. Airline executives clearly need to have "public realtions" defined. Anyway, here is my five point plan for a PR plan of action.
* Define PR
* Process
* Strategy
* Tactics
* Application
Ethical behavior and ethical analysis are central to managerial success; therefore, all members of a management team are expected to behave ethically. This is a critical part of what has been missing at the aforementioned SCABAIRWAYS for many years.
