No, they won't strike. The current white house does not let that happen. The courts will block it just like they did Northwest. Airline workers have no leverage anymore.

They will not be allowed to strike as informed suggested.
The problem with Comair is that there are many that are quitting now and they are having issues filling new hire classes. Comair is at a dead end, and there appear to be many other regionals ready to take their place.
Now that DL is hiring again, it will be interesting to see how Comair pilots fair in the process. When DL started furloughing pilots after 9-11, Comair's MEC passed a resolution not to hire DL pilots without resigning seniority unless the DL MEC would relax scope issues.
I hate to see anyone lose their job, but these guys have dug themselves a very deep hole.
